KashmirPrep is an independent, community-driven resource platform dedicated to serving the students, job seekers, and residents of Jammu & Kashmir. We believe that access to accurate, timely information should not be a privilege \u2014 it should be a right.
Our Mission
We started KashmirPrep with a simple observation: vital information about government jobs, exam schedules, and educational resources in J&K is often scattered across dozens of official websites, difficult to parse, and easy to miss. A student in Srinagar, Jammu, or a remote village in Anantnag shouldn't have to spend hours tracking down whether an application deadline has changed or where to find a previous year's question paper.
Our mission is to aggregate, simplify, and present this information in a clean, accessible format \u2014 so that every Kashmiri student and job seeker has an equal chance to prepare and succeed.
What We Offer
Government Notifications: We monitor official portals of JKSSB, JKPSC, JKBOPEE, and major universities across J&K to bring you timely summaries of recruitment drives, exam date announcements, result declarations, and scholarship opportunities. Each notification includes our original summary explaining what changed, who's eligible, key deadlines, and a link to the official source document.
Exam Paper Archive: We curate and archive previous year question papers from universities across Jammu & Kashmir, organized by institution, course, subject, and year. Each paper comes with a brief analysis covering topics, difficulty level, and exam patterns to help you prepare more effectively.
Kashmiri-English Dictionary: The Kashmiri language (Koshur) is a vital part of our cultural heritage. Our growing dictionary aims to preserve and promote the language by providing English meanings, transliterations, usage examples, and cultural context for Kashmiri words.
